Return Policy

Return request period

We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive the product. If more than 7 days have passed since the shipping date, we reserve the right to refuse any return.

In order for your return to be processed, your product must meet the following conditions:


  • The product must be in the same condition as when received (unused or worn).

  • The product tags must be intact.

  • The product must be properly packaged in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In case the product is damaged or you receive the wrong product.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that our team can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns for the following types of products:


  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Product exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original item according to the procedures, and once approved, proceed with ordering the new item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval via email.


  • If approved: The system will automatically refund the money to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that the actual time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may depend on the policies of your bank or credit card company.
